'ASAP' welcomes Zsa Zsa and Zia back
Singer Zsa Zsa Padilla, dubbed as the country’s Divine Diva, returned to variety show “ASAP 2012” on Sunday.
Her fellow singers welcomed her by singing Dionne Warwick and Friends’ “That’s What Friends Are For.”
Trying to stop her tears, Padilla said she is really glad to be working again after she lost Dolphy, her partner for 23 years.
Singer Gary Valenciano, on the other hand, said the “ASAP” family feels honored to have Padilla with them again.
“Ang aming kapamilya na mahal na mahal nating lahat, I speak on behalf of everybody here, we are happy that Zsa Zsa is now back with us with her daughter Zia,” he said.
Padilla also sang “The Glory of Love” with her daughter Zia.
