I guess Cong.del Mar misinterpreted Gloria's comment too ..what Gloria was saying was that a CONTESTANT might need an interpreter and answer in her own dialect so she can express freely her answer..filipinos are good in english BUT sometimes when ur already up on stage they got nervous ..and didn't get the qustion.So why she will apologize for something that doesn't need apologizing?
