Paris Hilton says sorry for anti-gay comments
Hotel heiress Paris Hilton has issued an apology after her derogatory comments about gay people.
In a statement posted on Glaad, an organization which promotes the image of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community, Paris expressed how sorry she was for her comments.
She said, gay people are the strongest and most inspiring people she knows and wished she could take back every word she said.
Early this month, Paris was under fire after calling gay men disgusting and says most of them have AIDS in comments secretly recorded during a taxi cab ride.
Now, Paris hopes people will be able to forgive her for her comments. - Dateline Philippines, September 22, 2012
