“American Idol” runner up Jessica Sanchez is reportedly joining the TV musical hit "Glee."

TVLine's Michael Ausiello reported that Sanchez’s appearance on "Glee" Season 4 is, in his word, a done deal, adding that Sanchez will have a recurring role in the show.

“Glee” creator Ryan Murphy neither confirmed nor denied this but he did acknowledge Ausiello's report on Twitter and even hinted at a possible Barbra Streisand-inspired episode starring Sanchez and other “Glee” mainstays.

If it pushes through, Sanchez would be the second Filipina to grace the show following Charice's appearance on “Glee” in Season 2.

A lot of fans on Twitter welcomed the news with some already suggesting a set list for Sanchez or even a showdown with “Glee” star Lea Michelle.
