If you’re on the lookout for comfort food, try Basilio’s at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
Pablo Valdes, owner and executive chef at Basilio’s, said the restaurant’s menu ranges from Pinoy to Spanish dishes, which are familiar to most diners.
Dishes are also generously portioned and can be shared with your friends.
Among the recommended items on the menu are the fish and chips, a different take on the classic macaroni and cheese, stuffed Southern fried chicken, salpicao rice and the restaurant’s version of the crispy pata.
Apart from food, Basilio’s also serves drinks and cocktails like mojitos and martinis.
