Kabila offers upscale versions of Pinoy favorites
“Cityscape” host Phoemela Baranda recently tried the new restaurant called Kabila, located at the posh Greenbelt complex in Makati City.
The Filipino restaurant, located beside M Café, offers an elegant take on Pinoy favorites. Among the dishes are the restaurant’s version of the empanada, bulalo with a whole slab of bone marrow and leche flan turon.
It also has a range of original cocktails using local spirits and fruits.– Cityscape, January 27, 2013
