Make sure your Noche Buena ham is not 'botcha'
With Christmas just around the corner, the National Meat Inspection Service urged the public to be more careful in buying processed meats such as ham, which is a holiday favorite.
NMIS said only products accredited by the agency should be purchased as these are guaranteed safe for consumption. This as some manufacturers tend to get away with selling "botcha" or double dead meat.
