Senator-judge Serge Osmeña weighs in on day 9 of the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona. He explains why he asked Megaworld's Noli Hernandez to submit documents about the sales of other penthouse units in The Bellagio, Taguig City. I think PAGASA should be able to collaborate the water damage thingy, kung talaba bang may bagyo at the time, and what bagyo was it.

there must be similar units that got water damaged. did the buyers of those other units that got water damage got the same 'discount' as corona? or was corona singled out for the discount because he can be very, very useful to megaworld in the future? now that's what I call sound investment.
did corona actually spend money, time and effort to renovate and make the unit up to habitable living standard? if not, then I say the unit was not damaged at all.

I agree with your last paragraph...this is also the question that I wanted to ask...this question should be asked and answered to know whether there is truthfulness in the statements given to us by the witness from Megaworld...baka nagkutsaba na naman sila sa mga sinasabi niya...para makalusot sila ni Corona...at tayo ay ginagago naman...
Water Damage
Senator Osmena based his knowledge of water damage solely on his experience. His experience cannot be compared to any other water damages. When water goes beyond the walls and the floors, even if these walls are floors not damage, they have to be removed to repair the water damage under it. Since Corona's condo unit was located on the top most of the building, then there is a possibility that the water damage could reach other floors. Osmena should not underestimate water damage. It can wreck the whole house if we site what had happened to houses in CDO and Iligan .

Kaya nga po tinatanong ni Osmeña kung ano ang nasira sa condo dahil kontratista din po sya. kaso di naman masagot ni kamote basta water damage daw. Common problem yan sa bagong bahay mga leak kahit maingat ang contractor. baka nabaha hanggang ituktok ng belagio nalubog hanggang bubong kaya kelangan bakbakin pati yung mga kongkretong dingding. baka tabla yung sahig kaya kelangan din palitan saka yung mga bintana baka yari sa kahoy kaya papalitan din. baka kinalawang yung mga metal parts kaya papalitan na din.
