Analyst: PH should prepare for worst-case in Korean Peninsula
A political analyst urges the Philippine government to prepare for the worst-case scenario if war breaks out on the Korean Peninsula.
UP political science professor Clarita Carlos says, the Philippines could be affected because the country has an existing Mutual Defense Treaty with the United States and therefore bound to help the US if it's attacked by North Korea.
Carlos adds that Pyongyang's threats should be taken seriously. -- ANC, World Tonight, April 6, 2013
