Unfortunately for this dumb tongressman, the Hong Kong gov't. is very strict, straight and incorruptible. He's going to jail and he deserves it. Nakakahiya tong mga corrupt and hypocritical gov't officials na ito. Hopefully this will serve as a lesson to their fellow ilks.
Best thing to do is to stock up on KY jellys and magbagong buhay sa loob ng selda. Been living in HK for 15 years and Hong Kongers are very honest too, returning your lost phones and wallet (intact) and they surely will give this dumbo a fair and honest punishment- 3 to 5 years in prison. Heck, they can even keep him forever, one less corrupt official in Philippines.

May napanood ako sa National Geographic Channel last week yung program nila na "Locked Up Abroad" grabe yung isang story nila sa 2 foreign national na nakapag padala ng marijuana na nasa loob ng box sa Philippine Postal Office mismo sa Maynila tapos kukunin din nila sa Seoul Korea, pero katangahan lang nung 2 sinubukan din pang kunin sa Postal Office mismo sa Seoul ayun hule sila!!!

I hope GOD will send his miracle to put this idiot for good. We do not need a lawmaker who do not practice what they preach. Very bad example for a lawmaker getting caught smuggling drugs.. it is ashamed... no petty from me.. and I am glad that they will not get away with their crime now that they've committed this in another country. He is so freaking lucky his destination is not Singapore or Indonesia.. he would have been hang or killed by now.

Good job to the Hongkong airport officials and kudos to the law of their land

Eight years is not enough. As a Congressman, the expectations from him are much higher compared to ordinary citizens. Therefore, he should be given the harshest sentence. May he rot in jail. He is paying for his sins and the sins of his father albeit in a foreign land. I don't care. I am happy about it.
