I cry for the unpaid retirees at MWSS while these thieves swim in bonuses. These directors deserve death penalty by firing squad. This OIC with a Visayan accent should stop talking to the press. Sec. Singson already made a statement that she should also go. Kudos Sec. Singson for a job well done.

if proven right, that the allegations of the president in his SONA is true, the entire board should resign! the trouble here in the philippines, we have become numb and accustomed to the bad habits and even illegal and immoral actions. In other countries, they would have committed suicide out of shame!Dito, makapal sobra ang mukha.
