HK legislator wants answers from Aquino

Hong Kong observed a mournful silence on Thursday for the 8 tourists killed in Monday's 12-hour siege. At least one legislator in the territory is demanding an apology from President Aquino for the fiasco amid questions who from Malacañang was ultimately on top of the situation.
