ayan lumalabas na ang totoong pagkatao ng demonyong mendoza na yan. dapat sa PNP, oagaralan nyo kung pano inaaksyonan ang mga kaso ng mapag abusong pulis. kung noong mag nagreklamong rape sa kanya ay naaksyonan na kaagad, malamang di na nangyari ito kasi nasa kulungan sya dapat dahil mabigat ang kasong rape.

ano po ba ang dahilan? bakit ngayun lang po ata lumalabas ang tatlong ibang kaso ni Mendoza at ang mga kasong nabasura pa? bakit po ngayun lang? bakit di noon at naging ngayun? paraan po ba ito ng mga pulis para matugunan ng pansin ang mga kasalanan ni Mendoza sa mga taong bayan at hindi na masisisi pa (ang mga walang kwentang pulis)? ito po ba'y paraan para makagawa ng butas ang mga bulastug na pulis na makalabas sa issue at maituon lang ang kasalanan sa kaawa-awang Mendoza? masisisi po ba natin si Mendoza? (well maybe partially) pero bakit po di nalang pinbagbigyan ng mga pulis si Mendoza sa munting hiling nito? ganun na po ba talaga ka bigat para sa mga opulis ang hinihiling nya? bakit? is there something behind the scene? why does the favor asked by Mendoza not granted? bakit bakit bakit?

It is a two faceted coin it just happens that he chooses - what was done. He could be the REAL GOOD COP, or just one of the guys who were unfortunately busted of their routine activities in the most critical period of one’s life – a retiring fellow with nothings left after....now asking for justice or justification thru hostage taking - to kill and be killed. The turning point was the allegation of extortion and the alleged stuffing of shabu on the chef’s mouth as warning to pay up. If this inspector is REALLY clean then who is this “chef” who can influence the already influenced investigating body and can ruin a "good cop". Who are the characters behind his downfall and if there were, then what was the motive. I forget, if he really was a good cop it only means all around him are different from him, they all do what they are accusing of him – normally you want him to be the birds of the same feather. Now everything sounds like what the inspector is claiming. But where in the world they get this chef and perform all the acting and the evidence proofing to pin the guy down and even including his subordinates, does it means how organized those scalawags are that everyone are their cohorts – hopeless for the people. But if this officer is just a victim of circumstances as he may be saying that “why other cops are worst than I am yet they are still in the service and even on higher positions and besides I am only doing this occasionally that unluckily the latest had complain”. He may have just a weaker godfather – unfavorable for him and again a deception to the people by those who are implementing the law - pinning down who has no connections and cash, and let loose all the god sons and influential individuals. And if the allegations are true with the aforementioned alibi it then became a bad egg gone wild situation. The drama was economically and diplomatically ruining to the country – tainting the already tainted image of not just our police force but of the nation as a whole.
