well abunda is qualified to teach at pwu. it's not necessary to be a board passer to become a college teacher, all one needs is a bachelor's degree. abunda has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from the Philippine Women’s University and currently working on his master’s degree on International Relation on Public Diplomacy. had abunda been employed to teach at the elementary or secondary level, where at least BSEED, BEED, Bachelor'd degree with at 18 units of education is required, then certainly we protest pwu and abunda. right now, we don't have any reason. we have greater reason to protest gsis and demand what our pur public teachers deserve.

Poor teachers, i'm not sure how assured are our retirement benefits. Government Service Insurance System ba talaga yan? or Governement Service Inconsistent System.
