House Minority Leader Danilo Suarez, who opposes the reproductive health (RH) bill, said President Benigno Aquino's decision to certify the measure as urgent is tantamount to an order to his allies to vote in favor of the measure.

Suarez said this changes the President's initial call to lawmakers to vote based on their conscience.
   
However, he said despite the President's position, those opposed to the RH  bill will continue to fight the measure.  - ANC, Top Story, December 14, 2012
