MANILA, Philippines - A barangay treasurer was arrested after attempting to stab a policeman in Manila on Monday evening.

SPO1 Resty Perez said the suspect, identified as Alfredo de Leon of Barangay 482, tried to stab him thrice after a traffic altercation.
