A suspected member of "Dugo-Dugo" gang was arrested in an entrapment operation in Quezon City.

The suspect, identified as Edna Santos, allegedly asked her victim, whom she though was a house helper, to bring cash for his employer who figured in a vehicular accident.

The victim, already aware that he was being tricked into bringing money, agreed to meet with Santos.

Santos was arrested by the police inside a mall where she had told the victim to meet her.
