Two suspects in market vendor's slay nabbed
Two security guards were arrested for allegedly killing a market vendor in Paco, Manila on Thursday.
A witness tagged Gerrie Bucio and Eduardo Amor Sr. as those behind the killing of Delia Addun near Paco Market on Thursday.
Addun died instantly after being shot in the head. Police said two motorcycle-riding suspects followed the victim from her home and then shot her near the public market.
The suspects took Addun's jewelry and belt bag.
Police did not recover Addun's valuables or any gun from Bucio and Amor, but they seized from them a motorcycle with blood stains. They said they will examine if the blood matches those of Addun.
The two suspects denied the allegations.
