A tricycle driver was shot dead in Caloocan City before dawn Monday.

Rico Doloiras was shot twice point blank in the head by an unidentified assailant in Barangay 178.

Police have yet to determine the motive for the shooting.

Doloiras is survived by his wife Nancy and 10 children. – Umagang Kay Ganda, April 30 2012
