MANILA, Philippines – A commercial building near the New Divisoria Mall in Binondo, Manila caught fire early Monday morning and has been burning for more than six hours.

The fire at the Sun Master Building at Tabora St. has reached Task Force Charlie. Firefighters believe the blaze was caused by fireworks. Umagang Kay Ganda, December 24, 2012.
