A Canadian national killed two Filipinos and wounded one more before turning the gun on himself in a shooting spree inside a justice hall in Cebu City Tuesday morning.

The gunman, Canadian national John Pope, fired shots inside the Marcelo Fernan Hall of Justice and initially hit two people, identified as Dr. Rene Rafols and his lawyer Jovian Atiaf.

Rafols, a pediatrician, and Atiaf, died on the spot.

After shooting Rafols and his lawyer, Pope went to MTCC Branch 1 and shot Assistant City Prosecutor Matet Casiño.
