MANILA, Philippines -- Suspended Governor Gwendolyn Garcia went back to her home in V. Rama, Cebu City after she was not able to return to her office at the provincial capitol.
Police locked down Garcia's office when she went out to visit some areas in Cebu on Wednesday.
Speaking to radio dzMM, Garcia said she asked her employees to secure her office since it still contains some of her personal belongings.
She added she is still seeking legal remedies to fight her suspension.
The Palace suspended Garcia last year for alleged grave abuse of authority.
