Salvage operations for USS Guardian hit another snag
Salvage operations for the USS Guardian stuck in Tubbataha reef suffered another delay.
Operators of the crane vessel SMIT Borneo postponed dropping all anchors due to difficulties.
They said they will wait for another crane ship which will not arrive until February 15.
The Tubbataha management board has confirmed that the damage to the reef has reached 4,100 square meters. -- ANC World Tonight, Feb. 9, 2013
