A BMPM patroller sent ABS-CBN News a video clip of the fire which hit a commercial building in Butuan City in Agusan del Norte in southern Philippines on Wednesday morning. As of posting, 13 bodies have been retrieved by authorities from the building.  -- BMPM, May 9, 2012
