Distribution of relief goods in typhoon-hit Davao Oriental remains a struggle as damaged roads and bridges make it hard to reach residents living in the inner portion of the devastated towns of Baganga, Cateel and Boston.
Aid workers said transportation of of relief goods via air and water have picked up pace, but problems are being encountered in bringing them to affected families by land due to lack of trucks and damaged roads.
