Acting Cebu Governor Agnes Magpale defends her decision to suspend the operations of the Sugbo TV station.

In an interview with Umagang Kay Ganda, Magpale says there was no violation of freedom of speech since the station was operated by the provincial government and is not an independent media outlet.

Magpale explains the station was shut down due to accusations it was being used to promote the candidacy of certain people.
