MANILA, Philippines - Irish bookmaker Paddy Power has decided to return bets placed on People's Champ Manny Pacquiao after his controversial loss at the hands of undefeated boxer Timothy Bradley.

The bookmaker said Pacquiao was victimized by a syndicate in Las Vegas.
