MANILA, Philippines – Boxing analyst Ronnie Nathanielsz said AIBA, the international governing body of amateur boxing, should have at least reviewed the loss of Filipino boxer Mark Anthony Barriga against Kazakhstan’s Birzhan Zhakypov.
