MANILA, Philippines – The favorites led the way after the second day of the group stage of the 2012 Yalin Women’s World 10-Ball championships at the Robinson’s Galleria.
Defending champion Kelly Fisher of Great Britain has virtually assured herself of a spot in the last 24 after winning three of her four matches yesterday.
The 2011 champion, Jasmin Ouschan of Austria, also won her first three matches in Group 2 to also assure herself of a spot in the last 24.
But Iris Ranola of the Philippines is practically out of the competition after dropping her first three matches in Group 4.
