They may be playing without star point guard Rajon Rondo, but that did not stop the Boston Celtics from cruising to a comfortable win against the Portland Trailblazers, 96-78.
Boston never trailed against Portland and even enjoyed a 27-point lead off a jumper by Kevin Garnett in the third quarter.
Jeff Green scored 19 points, while Jason Terry added 17 points.
Rondo is serving his two-game suspension after a scuffle with New Jersey nets forward Kris Humphries during their game Wednesday. -- ANC Top Story Weekend, Dec. 1, 2012
