MANILA, Philippines – People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao was admonished by his own mother, Dionisia, on Monday, a day after his shock loss to Juan Manuel Marquez.

Speaking to ABS-CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda, Pacquiao said he will talk to his mother about why he left his rosary before his fight with Marquez.

“Hindi na kailangang i-announce yan sa buong Pilipinas,” he said.

Dionisia also admonished Pacquiao for removing all the statues of saints in a grotto in General Santos.
